This policy explains how the Parker Duthaler & Co. website handles information when you browse the portfolio or send an inquiry. It covers this website; external websites have their own policies.

Information collected and why

The inquiry form asks for your email address and a project message so we can respond. Your name is optional. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, government identification, or sensitive personal information. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or confirm a booking.

The website and its infrastructure providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, timestamps, and error or security logs. Administrative sign-in uses an authentication cookie.

Service providers and sharing

Supabase stores the public portfolio and site content and delivers media. Resend processes inquiry emails, including your email address and message, for delivery to the business inbox. Netlify hosts the website, and Cloudflare provides network delivery and security. These providers and the business email provider process information needed to deliver the site and correspondence. Providers may process information outside your state or country.

The inquiry form sends your message by email; it does not create a public post or save a contact record in the portfolio database. Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with legal obligations or address security incidents.

Store purchases

Stripe processes store payments and collects checkout information, including your email and shipping address. We use order and delivery information to handle your purchase. Payment card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout rather than collected by this website.

Cookies, analytics, and social links

This website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and understand how visitors use the site. The Google tag sends analytics data to Google, including page visits and browser and device information, and may use cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details and browser controls.

Instagram and TikTok links take you to external services. Their content and scripts are not embedded on this site. Those services receive information when you choose to visit them, subject to their own policies.

Retention

Inquiry emails remain in the business inbox and may be included in email-provider backups. This website does not automatically delete those emails. Retention also depends on whether an inquiry leads to a project and whether records are needed for accounting, legal obligations, or a dispute. Contact us to ask about the retention or deletion of your correspondence.

Your choices and requests

You can browse without sending an inquiry. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, or ask a privacy question, use the contact details or form. Explain your request and provide the email address used to contact us. Do not send identification documents with your initial request. Verification may be needed before disclosing or changing personal information. Applicable law may provide additional rights, and some records may need to be retained by law.

Children

The inquiry form is intended for people arranging photography or videography services, not for children under 13. A parent or guardian should make inquiries for a child. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so the matter can be addressed.
